Frank D'amico...The main villain from Kick-Ass is a nasty jerk who has a penchant for killing anyone he doesn't like. Including 12 year old girls who kick his ass. Really there's no specific reason for him to be on this list. He's just an all around bad dude.
May I point out that in the comic, Big Daddy's wife isn't actually dead, he just told Hit Girl that she was. Keep that in mind as you go back over the movie's events in your head.
